One Year Old Check-Up

Ellie had her one year well-check today and she did great!! She was 21 pounds and 11 ounces and was 30 1/2 inches tall. So she is growing big!! She is doing everything on the check list except for the talking. But that is to be expected considering Emmary didn't talk until she was 20 months. Dr. Cabiness even said that 2nd children will talk later than their siblings. So, I guess we are looking at 2 before she starts. All well. At least when Emmary started, it was in full sentences so maybe we will be lucky and Ellie will do the same. I think they both focus so much on motor skills they forget about everything else. Her next appointment is at 15 months!
